Are CouchCare™ Couch Protectors suitable for leather sofas?

While leather is more slippery than fabric, our Couch Protectors are designed to cover your couch to the ground - they should not slip off altogether.

Are CouchCare™ Couch Protectors waterproof?

Our Couch Protectors are water resistant, but not waterproof. We do sell a premium waterproof underlay for $39 (only available after purchase).

Will it stop a cat/dog from scratching?

Unfortunately, our Couch Protectors are not designed to prevent persistent scratchers.

With enough scratching, your pet may be able to move it out of place, pull threads, or get through the fabric of the Couch Protector.

Are CouchCare™ Couch Protectors suitable for use on reclining sofas?

Yes, however we recommend removing your Couch Protector while you adjust the recliner to the desired position. This will avoid your Couch Protector slipping down while the recliner is moving.
